Thanks for your honesty here Michael…..

    I too have questions….

However, I continue to pray for God’s will, God’s best and God’s glory for Saeed, Naghmeh and the kids…and frankly, for The Gospel.

Lately I have been dealing with the damage of lies on many fronts.

I think Saeed will likely serve his full term and may suffer the agony of additional years and/or death. Sadly, many believers have abandoned him because he stands accused by his greatest advocate.

We have been brought into this and are left to defend what we cannot defend, advocate what we cannot justify, cry out for justice where we do not know what true justice is.

Thank you for being steadfast… maybe our conflicted and confused advocacy will have unexpected and unforeseen benefits.

Just wanted to amen that sentence. I appreciate you guys, and what you do.

    BD,

That was very well said and I’ll probably quote it a lot from here on out.

We should also keep in mind that we have never heard Saeed’s side of the story. All we know of the “truth”, both at the beginning, and now, came from the one who is still his greatest human advocate- his wife.

prayer continues… we must pray for each other in these times; God expects us to do so – He’s capable of the decision making, eh?
